Our Erasmus+ report with the score: "very good"

We have received the final evaluation of project no. 2024-1-PL01-KA151-YOU-000196724 from the Polish National Agency of the Erasmus+ Programme, within which we implemented four activities:

Youth exchange "Find Your Way"
Training course "UnFrozen Spotlights 2.0"
Youth exchange "Chillmakers – A Journey of Healing Through Art"
Training course "Timetable Crafting Lab"

Summary of the qualitative assessment:

The project was implemented in accordance with the principles of the Erasmus+ Programme and aimed to achieve the objectives indicated in the application. All planned outcomes were successfully achieved. The project budget was used almost entirely, enabling the implementation of six activities, i.e. two youth exchanges, two mobilities of youth workers, and two preparatory visits.

Organizations from across Europe participated in the project, representing 14 countries: Armenia, Bulgaria, Estonia, Georgia, Croatia, Hungary, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Turkey, Ukraine, and Sint Maarten. The annual plan assumed five activities: three youth exchanges and two mobilities of youth workers. The main activities implemented in Poland took place in Motycz Leśny near Lublin.

Responsible and experienced partners were selected, including both long-term partners and newly established partnerships. Particular attention was paid to logistics and safety issues. The description of participant support was very detailed.

A group of leaders and volunteers provided collegial support to participants throughout the project. The majority of participants had fewer opportunities. The project objectives were achieved using non-formal education methods. Activities were carried out in the form of various workshops and discussions. Young people were directly involved in the creation and preparation of activities, sharing their passions with participants from other parts of Europe. The topics addressed during the exchanges were consistent with the activities offered by the beneficiaries within their organizations. Participants increased their knowledge of the values emphasized by the European Commission in the 2021–2027 perspective.

The thematic focus of the activities included mental health and intercultural communication. The implementation of activities during mobilities enabled participants to acquire knowledge in areas identified as long-term objectives of the organization. Participants developed soft skills through leading and taking part in non-formal activities. Cooperation within international groups enhanced language and managerial competences.

After the project, participants became involved in local community life and established their own organizations. The exchange of experience and knowledge gained during training courses for staff contributed to the development of competences and to improving the quality of youth support.

Monitoring and evaluation were tailored to the thematic scope of the activities. Participants made use of Youthpass certificates. The activities were regularly monitored at every stage of implementation.

The final report received a very good assessment, with a total score of 85 points.

The project was implemented under our Erasmus+ accreditation no. 2020-1-PL01-KA150-YOU-096538.

We would like to thank all our international and Polish partners for their cooperation, and the Polish National Agency of the Erasmus+ Programme for recognizing the quality of our work.Dziękujemy wszystkim naszym zagranicznym i polskim partnerom za współpracę przy tych działaniach, a polskiej Agencji Narodowej programu Erasmus+ za docenienie naszej pracy.
