Rise Over Mindset (ROM) is a dynamic community based in the city of Ploiești, as well as in Bucharest, the capital of Romania. Our team supports the growth, development, and inclusivity of young individuals. Within our organization, we aim to grow in every young person a sense of agency, encouraging them to rise above adversities and discover their potential. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where diversity is celebrated as a source of strength and inspiration.

The group was founded in 2020, during the pandemic, with the aim of keeping young people connected during difficult times. It started with one person's initiative, the founder of the group, Raluca-Andreea Bobaru, and then more young people became involved. Rise Over Mindset is a politically and religiously neutral organization that warmly welcomes all young people to participate. The only condition for participation is a commitment to being part of an inclusive and democratic community. We adopt a norm-critical perspective and make every effort to establish an accessible organization where everyone feels at home.
