The school was established in 1920. as Tadeusz Kościuszko School of Crafts and Industry. In 1995, the school moved to a new building at Jana Zamoyskiego 62 street, where is its current location. From September 1, 2002 the name of the school was changed to: Home Army Secondary School Complex No. 3. On September 27, 2006, the school was officially given the new name of the Home Army and the flag was established.
