Caucasus Youth Nexus (CAYNEX) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization founded in accordance with the Georgian Civil Code on February 17, 2013. The organization envisions a community where young people have equal access to education and opportunities to fully realize their potential. Between 2021 and 2025, CAYNEX’s mission is to create a modernized educational environment in Georgia that addresses contemporary challenges and strengthens the development of civic society.
The organization is guided by several core values, including the empowerment and development of youth as independent individuals, the popularization of non-formal education, and ensuring its accessibility for young people in rural areas. It is committed to ensuring equal opportunities regardless of ethnic, gender, religious, or cultural differences, while supporting gender equality and the empowerment of women. CAYNEX emphasizes the importance of developing and promoting digital skills, raising awareness about environmental issues, and encouraging eco-friendly activities among youth. The organization actively engages young people in civic society processes and provides support to achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals by involving youth in meaningful initiatives.
