The training course UnFrozen Spotlights 3.0 was designed for participants who wanted to explore new ways of using theatre games in their work with young people. This year’s activities focused on how to play and facilitate theatre games without the presence of a game master, giving participants the tools to create a variety of experiences. Additionally, the course highlighted the role of preparatory workshops, which usually take place before a theatre game, in order to enrich and deepen participants’ engagement. These creative, hands-on activities served as important tools for building the atmosphere and broadening the impact of the game. A new element of this year’s programme was early communication and preparation with participants even before their arrival in Poland. This preliminary phase enabled them to begin designing and implementing elements of a theatre game in advance, creating a smoother transition into the on-site training experience.
