“Youth Opportunities Club” NGO focuses on fostering non-formal education through volunteering, providing young people, especially those from rural areas, with essential soft skills to enhance their competitiveness in the labor market. The organization is dedicated to creating alternative job opportunities in underdeveloped regions and establishing a strong connection between universities, students, and entrepreneurs to facilitate career development. Additionally, it aims to equip young people with both theoretical and practical skills in their professional fields, raise awareness about the IT sector, and collaborate with Armenian IT organizations to encourage the expansion of their branches in the Kapan community. Another significant focus is promoting tourism development by introducing new domestic and inbound tourist destinations, particularly in the underexplored communities of Kapan, Kajaran, Meghri, and Agarak.

The organization operates through various departments, including the Executive Department, Fundraising and External Relations Department, Marketing Department, and Financial Department. Its work is guided by hands-on, learning-by-doing methods, the Training of Trainers (TOT) model, and encouraging youth participation in civil society. Activities include promoting healthy lifestyles among young people through campaigns and tours, organizing courses, trainings, and workshops, and collaborating with businesses to enhance language skills and provide practical knowledge.

“Youth Opportunities Club” is active both locally and internationally. Locally, it implements trainings, seminars, workshops, cultural and educational events, internships with travel agencies, and digital projects aimed at sustainability. Internationally, it participates in and organizes Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps (ESC) projects, further broadening opportunities for youth development and intercultural exchange.
